為協助校內教師及企業單位延攬具潛力之博士級研究人才，本中心建置研究人才資料庫，系統性彙整博士級研究人員之專業領域與研究成果，作為快速且精準之人才媒合平台。

透過資料庫之建置與持續更新，協助用人單位有效掌握合適人選，促進研究團隊組成與產學合作發展，提升研究計畫執行效能與整體研發能量。
 

To support faculty members and industry partners in recruiting promising doctoral-level research talent, the Center has established a Research Talent Database that systematically integrates researchers’ areas of expertise, research achievements, and career information, serving as a fast and precise talent-matching platform.

Through continuous updates and optimization of the database, recruiting units can efficiently identify suitable candidates, facilitating the formation of research teams and the development of industry–academia collaboration, while enhancing research project performance and overall R&D capacity.
