本資料庫採兩階段申請機制：申請人須先填寫基本資料並送出申請，經審核通過後，始可登入系統進一步填寫完整履歷與細部研究資訊，以確保資料之完整性與媒合精準度。

為促進本校博士級研究人員之職涯發展與多元出路，本中心建置研究人才資料庫，系統性整合研究人才之專業背景與研究領域，提升個人研究能見度，並拓展與校內外研究團隊及產業界之連結機會。

透過資料庫與媒合機制，協助研究人才掌握潛在合作與職涯發展機會，促進跨領域交流與實質合作，支持其逐步累積成果，並發展長期學術或產業職涯。

The database adopts a two-step application process. Applicants are first required to submit basic information for initial review. Upon approval, they will gain access to the system to complete their full profile and detailed research information, ensuring data completeness and precise matching.

To support the career development and diverse pathways of doctoral-level researchers, the Center has established a Research Talent Database that systematically integrates researchers’ academic backgrounds and areas of expertise. This platform enhances individual research visibility and expands opportunities to connect with academic teams and industry partners both within and beyond the University.

Through the database and its matching mechanism, researchers can explore potential collaborations and career opportunities, foster interdisciplinary exchange and substantive partnerships, and progressively build their achievements while advancing long-term academic or industry careers.
