The Research Talent Resource Center at National Tsing Hua University was officially established in April 2025 with approval from the University Council. Positioned as a university-level hub for attracting and empowering postdoctoral talent, the Center is dedicated to attracting, cultivating, and retaining high-level postdoctoral researchers and future faculty candidates through flexible incentives, mentoring, and career development.
