The Center supports departments and faculty in recruiting postdoctoral researchers through diversified funding and incentive mechanisms. Flexible and competitive support schemes are provided according to different career stages and needs of postdoctoral researchers, aiming to enhance research capacity and promote long-term talent retention.
Postdoctoral Recruitment Support
Assist faculty in recruiting promising PhD-level research talents to enhance project execution efficiency and overall laboratory operations, while alleviating financial burdens on hiring units and promoting the development and retention of outstanding postdoctoral researchers.
Incentive-Based Compensation
Establish a competitive incentive-based salary system to enhance the research performance of postdoctoral researchers and strengthen the university's overall attractiveness to high-level research talents.
(1) Advisor-Matching Incentive Salary: Salary supplements provided jointly by the advisor and the Center.
(2) Competitive Incentive Salary: Researchers who do not receive additional compensation from their advisor may obtain incentive awards through a competitive selection process.
Mini Research Project Program
Provide project funding to support postdoctoral researchers in extending their existing research, exploring innovative or interdisciplinary ideas, and strengthening their research independence and academic development.
