The Research Talent Resource Center at National Tsing Hua University was officially established in April 2025 with approval from the University Council. Positioned as a university-level, cross-disciplinary hub for research talent, the Center is dedicated to recruiting and cultivating outstanding doctoral-level researchers with strong potential.

By integrating cross-disciplinary resources, the Center develops competitive incentive compensation schemes and honorary title systems, while providing research project support and comprehensive administrative services. These efforts aim to create an attractive and supportive environment for research talent and to enhance the University's competitiveness in recruiting and nurturing high-level researchers.

In terms of talent recruitment and development, the Center actively assists the University in hiring postdoctoral researchers, optimizing research workforce allocation. Through various funding programs, it supports early-stage independent research and interdisciplinary exploration, fostering the development of forward-looking research topics. In addition, the Center integrates research and teaching resources to strengthen the dual-track development of research and teaching capabilities for researchers and emerging faculty. Career development programs and workshops are also organized to support long-term professional growth and enhance both academic and career competitiveness.

To promote interdisciplinary collaboration and resource integration, the Center establishes a research talent database and matching platform to facilitate effective connections among researchers, mentors, and industry partners. It also organizes and collaborates on domestic and international conferences and forums to advance international exchange, academia-industry collaboration, and global academic visibility.

Through integrated initiatives and continuous improvement mechanisms, the Center strives to enhance operational effectiveness, build a distinctive “NTHU Postdoctoral” brand, elevate international academic reputation, and cultivate high-level research talent with both independent research capabilities and collaborative skills—thereby strengthening the University's research innovation and sustainable talent development.
